Our proprietary platform MAID (Management And Information Delivery) links all of our global hubs and allows us to create a seamless experience for our members no matter where they live or travel.
Our services are available 24/7, but we never employ lifestyle managers to work night shifts. Our ‘follow the sun’ operating model allows us to hire specialists in each of the core time zones. Our single CRM platform ensures that our workflow is never interrupted and we will always have experts available around the clock to deal with all of our members’ travel and lifestyle requests.
